Excellent for a quick preparation of milk froth for cappuccino, caf latte, hot chocolate, etc. Heat milk (ideally whole/semi-skimmed) to 60C and pour it into a high narrow vessel. Submerge the whisk into the milk, turn it on and whisk until the froth becomes thick (15 to 20 seconds); turn the whisk off before removing it from the milk froth. Requires 2 AA batteries the batteries are not enclosed.
