Dehydration using heated ai is an efficient method of preserving food. Dehydration food preserves a high vitamin content and precious nutritional substances, and has a significantly longer shelf life. Most kind of fruit, vegetables, herbs and forest mushrooms can be dehydrated, and also some kinds of meat.
Divide cleaned fruit,vegetables, mushrooms, meat, etc. or cut them into thin but sufficiently large slice ensuring that they do not fall through the openings in the trays as food tends to shrink significantly in the dehydration process. Place divided food onto the trays so that the pieces do not overlap and the central opening is always left freee.
