Silicone baking moulds SiliconPRIME are perfect for baking sweet and savoury food. They are made out of soft food safe silicone, which allows for baking intricate shapes without breaking them. They are non-stick and resist to temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 230 °C: they are suitable for the freezer, refrigerator and all types of ovens. Before first use
Wash, dry and thoroughly brush the pan with cooking oil before first use. Do not grease the pan again, except when necessary, for example when frequently washed in the dishwasher or before baking food consisting of dry dough.
Baking in gas, electric or hot-air oven
Always insert the pan with dough into the oven a flat base - grate, baking sheet, etc. Fill evenly, bake food as you would in traditional pans, although the baking time in silicone pans may be shorter. Turn out the baked food from the pan by pressing gently on the flexible bottom.
Maintenance of the silicon pan
Do not wash with abrasive agents; leave to soak if excessively dirty.
