All orders are subjected to controls as a consumer protection before being processed.
By finalizing an order with this payment method, the customer submits a purchase proposal which will be confirmed via e-mail, upon assignment of a specific “order number” that shall be used for further communications to and from Tescoma.
In case of successful transaction, the order is automatically confirmed and processed and the goods are delivered within 8 working days after order confirmation, by express courier, according to the selling terms and conditions.
Should the transaction be unsuccessful for any reason, Tescoma will immediately inform the customer by e-mail or telephone.

ANTICIPATED BANK TRANSFER

This payment method allows the customer to make an anticipated wire transfer of the amout due.
The customer can make the transaction only after receiving an e-mail from Tescoma with the bank details for the transfer. The payment reason indicated must report the order number specified in the e-mail from Tescoma.

ATTENTION:

the bank transfer is valid if the crediting value runs within 5 working days after order confirmation.
Tescoma reserves to cancel the order in case of unsuccessful reception of payment.
