The above mentioned selling conditions are an integral and essential part of this contract.
All contracts are carried out through direct access by the customer to the website, where the customer can purchase products by following specific procedures as provided by the contract.
The general selling conditions must be carefully read by the customer online, before proceeding to order confirmation. Submitting an order confirmation implies full knowledge and acceptance of the selling conditions.
According to the law n. 66 bis D.Lgs. 206/2005 the court of jurisdiction will be that of residence or domicile of the customer if located in Italian territory.

All prices indicated on are NET.
All prices do not include either shipping charges or any contingent extra charges.
The customer will be informed on the amount of such charges before order confirmation.
The purchase contract will be finalized after filling online forms and agreeing to selling conditions by the customer.
The customer can choose between different payment methods as indicated on the website.

Tescoma S.p.a. owner of will take care of the shipping and delivery of goods to the address indicated by the customer, by express courier service.
The risk of damage and loss of the goods is to be charged to Tescoma S.p.a. all through the shipping time, and is automatically transferred to the customer – or a third party other than the courier and designated by the customer - only once the goods are delivered.
The sole exception contemplated by the law 63 D.Lgs. 206/2005, is that the customer chooses a courier other than those suggested by Tescoma S.p.a.: in this case, the risk is charged to the customer immediately after the goods are given to the courier.

Tescoma S.p.a. is not liable for any inefficiency due to force majeure such as accident, explosion, fire, strike, earthquake, flood and similar events that may hamper or delay the delivery within terms.
Tescoma S.p.a. is not liable for illicit or fraudulent use - by third parties - of credit cards, cheques or other payment methods provided during the purchase process. Indeed, Tescoma S.p.a. cannot know the customer’s credit card number since transactions are carried out by the bank service through a secure connection system.

It is strictly prohibited to provide false/invented information by the customer during the registration procedure. Such procedure is indeed intended to collect the necessary information for the performance of the present contract and further communications.
The customer relieves Tescoma S.p.a. from liability for the issue of incorrect fiscal documents due to false/incorrect information provided by the customer. The customer is the sole person responsible for the correct entry of personal data.

The customer is entitled to excercise the right of withdrawal by returning the goods and be refunded the expenses.

More of Tescoma S.p.a. products are covered by warranty that ranges from 3 to 10 years depending on the product typology. The consignment bill that comes with delivered goods is indispensable for the acknowledgement of warranty. In case of evident malfunction of the purchased product, the procedure for the warranty acknowledgement is the following:

- make sure that you followed all use and maintenance instructions.
- send a detailed e-mail to accompanied by two or more pictures that show the damage, plus a copy of the consignment bill.
- attach a picture of the barcode/lot number on the packaging.

In addition to the warranty of Tescoma S.p.A., as indicated on the package, a further 24 months warranty of compliance is provided, starting from the date of delivery of the product, as contemplated by the Consumers’s Code artt. 128 -135
