Excellent for easily peeling pomelo and grapefruits and for dividing whole lemons into thin slices. Made of excellent resistant plastic. Pomelo peeling: Use the plastic blade to slit the skin of the pomelo into eight sections and gather and peel the skin with the flat side of the peeler. Use the serrated plastic blade to remove the remaining white tissue from the fruit. Divide the pomelo into slices, cut off both tips from each slice and slit the thin coat on the top of the slice from the inside. Transfer the thus-exposed pulp into a dish. Grapefruit peeling: Proceed identically as with a pomelo or, alternatively, divide the whole grapefruit into halves using the serrated blade and cut out the pulp from the skin.
